  Horrendous experience, the worst communication ever, deposit paid & these amateurs did not show up for a childrens' party - no forewarning nothing. Customer service is dire, no calls returned at all, no apology, no recompense! An absolute disgrace!

  After being let down by another company bouncyvibe were extremely accommodating and were able to step in and help at such short notice.Polite, professional staff,cant praise enough! I would certainly recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

  Do not use this company. No show yesterday at my Childrens' joint Birthday Party, they didn't even return any of my calls. See the last text we sent them. After 30+ unanswered calls!
  
  I am absolutely disgusted!! How can you let a little boy and girl down on the day of their Birthday party???? Do you have children of your own?? Can you imagine how they would feel?? I booked with you thinking that you were a professional, reputable company?! And you don't even have the decency to answer the phone or return my calls??? I have paid £100 deposit and expect that to be returned in addition to some form of compensation!! Myself and my Husband had 40 children to entertain on the spot today with no music etc! Needless to say we didn't get to spend anytime with our children on their special day!!! They were gutted. I expect some form of communication ASAP!!!!!
